Merry Fisher 895 Full Annual 100hr Service
Carrying out servicing off site at another marina isn't difficult for us here at Saltwater Solutions with our mobile servicing equipment all set up in our works van.
We recently carried out a full 100 hour service onboard a Merry Fisher with twin Yamaha 200HP engines on site at Poole Yacht Club.
Carrying out thorough checks and parts changes as per the list below
Attend Poole Yacht Club
Run engines up to temperature
Drain engine oil
Replace drain bung seals
Fill with Yamalube engine oil
Remove oil filter and replace with new
Remove spark plugs and replace
Check thermostats (Port thermostat highly corroded and green, Replaced both)
Remove gearbox
Strip water pump and replace necessary parts
Grease points
Drain gear oil and replace inc new drain bung seals
Remove boat pre filter, check for contamination and replace
Remove engine filter and replace for new (Engine fuel filter)
Check steering
Fit gearbox
Remove prop and clean splines, regrease and fit prop
Run engines
Plug in Yamaha cds computer and log service history
